We cannot change or cancel a booking. Use the manage-booking link in your confirmation email, or your provider account or app.
We cannot issue refunds, reissue tickets, change names, or move ticket dates. Those requests must go to the booking platform or the attraction operator shown on your voucher.
We cannot confirm entry, control availability, or contact an operator on your behalf. For those questions, use the provider’s customer-support channel or the official attraction contact listed with your booking.

Check your confirmation email first. It usually includes the booking reference, voucher, manage-booking link, and support route. If you booked through a third-party platform, use that platform’s account or app for booking changes. If you booked directly with an operator, use the details in that operator’s email.
How this site makes money
