Disclaimer & Affiliate Disclosure
This page explains how The Alcatraz Tickets works, what we do not control, and how affiliate links affect bookings. It also sets out the limits of our content. We are an independent travel information site for Alcatraz Tickets in San Francisco, not the official attraction site, and not the seller or operator of any ticket or tour.

We use affiliate links on this site. Some outbound booking links carry a tracking code for GetYourGuide, our booking partner. If you book after clicking one of those links, we may earn a commission. Your price is the same either way.
What this site does
The Alcatraz Tickets helps you compare ticket and tour options before you book. We publish summaries, comparisons, and practical notes so you can choose faster. We do not sell tickets ourselves.
- We do not take payment.
- We do not hold bookings.
- We do not set entry rules.
- We do not control refunds, changes, or cancellations.
What can change
Prices, availability, opening times, routes, meeting points, and inclusions can change at any time. The booking page is the current truth for that product. Check it before you pay, and again before you travel.
For live ticket details, always use the page shown in the booking flow. If details on our site differ from the booking page, the booking page wins.
Independent site, not the official website
The Alcatraz Tickets is not the official website of Alcatraz Tickets, the attraction, or any tour operator. We are not connected to the venue, the ferry operator, or the ticket seller unless a booking page clearly says so.
- Any trade marks, names, and logos belong to their owners.
- We use them only to identify the attraction, the route, or the bookable product.
- Nothing on this site changes the seller’s own terms.
No advice
Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial, or travel-safety advice. It is general travel information only. If you need advice for your own trip, check the seller’s terms and use your own judgment.
Travel conditions can also change with weather, closures, transport delays, security checks, or crowd levels. If your visit depends on a fixed time or a tight connection, confirm the details before you leave.
Accuracy and corrections
We work to keep pages current, but mistakes can happen. If you spot one, contact us and we will review it. We may update or remove content when we find something wrong or unclear.
For booking problems, changes, refunds, or entry issues, contact the booking provider in your confirmation email or booking account. We cannot change a booking for you.
Booking provider terms
When you book through an affiliate link, your purchase is with the booking provider shown on the booking page, such as GetYourGuide. Their own terms, privacy policy, and cancellation rules govern that purchase. This page is for transparency and does not replace those terms.
Your statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are not removed by this disclosure. If you have a rights issue, it usually sits with the seller or provider, not with this information site.
Getting in touch
